My name is Ahmed, but please call me by my family name - Aasi, which is what most of my friends and family call me (and has an interesting story behind it).

I am a photographer, writer, and director based in Barcelona, Spain.

I’ve always had a deep and profound passion for connecting with others, capturing and sharing stories, since a very young age.

And I love Oreo cookies.

Since I discovered Photography as a teenager, I’ve realized that it’s one of the few artistic tools that can allow me to capture ‘stories in time’ for a chance to, if only for just a moment or more, freeze a moment or a memory in time, in an attempt to share them with others, and let them last a while longer.
